  • xs11 carbs

these are the older carbs that have aluminum tops, the number on the carbs looks to be 2h7 10

I have replaced all the floats with the better black plastic kind, cleaned the carbs about two years ago, and had the carbs sitting waiting to go on my bike....but things change, and it looks like that project will not be finished by me

I have some pictures of the carbs on my Picasa page

    https://picasaweb.google.com/1017335...eat=directlink

the mixture screws are all good, carbs are clean, (and they were pretty clean when I got them, no water/old gas etc.)

the jets are standard 137.5 and 42.5

    the choke lever is OK

I took the bowls off to "refresh" my memory, as I last looked inside of them two years ago when I cleaned them, and all appears OK

they were never on my bike so I can not say as to how they run.

I am asking $125 plus shipping.

Sorry, all I see is a bridge. Kind of like the joke of selling one a bridge.

Not sure about what is going on with Picasa/Google, I reset the album permissions to "public", logged out of my account, cleared cookies, than tried the link and it worked for me....let me know guys if anyone else is having a problem.

PS so how much for that bridge?

I am very interested but I was wondering what are the gouges from inside the carbs?

Not sure if you are referring to (what looks like) the deburring marks around the pilot holes in the three carbs, or the marks in the throat of the fourth carb that has somewhat different scratches, and may have had the pilot screw tip broken and extracted by PO, when I got the carbs the idle screws were all OK, so not sure. From what I remember the deburring marks are there on all mikunis of that period, others can chime in.
