  • Parts bike - great motor!

I am selling my 79 XS11 parts bike. I took off most of the chrome and the entire front end is in pieces. Bike is fairly complete from motor to back. I will absolutely guarantee the motor runs - I rode it home from the guy I bought it from and it ran strong. All body parts (tank, seat, etc.) go with this also. I am also throwing in a spare motor that does not run. Got this cheap and want to get it out of my garage.

I will not part out. I don't have the time or interest. This is a steal at $250. I could possible meet somewhere or put on a delivery charge - just pay for my gas within reason.

If you have any questions let me know. I could take pics if you are interested but not promising that will happen quickly.

Located in St. Louis, MO. Contact me via email - wabalden@gmail.com

How I wish I had the cash for you!! I'd come and get it today! Unfortunately, my current funds are allocated. If it's still around in a few weeks, I'll definitely still be interested. Is the frame titled?

    1981 XS1100LH Midnight Special (Sold) - purchased 9/29/08
Fully Vetterized and Dynojet Kit added, Heated Grips, Truck-Lite LED headlight, Accel Coils, Irridium plugs, TKAT Fork Brace, XS850LH Final Drive & Black SS Brake lines from Chacal.

It has a title but the guy who sold it to me signed it in the wrong place - and I followed suit. I took it to DMV and they said I needed to contact the original guy on the title and have him fill out paperwork to get the title accepted with our signatures in the wrong place. I never did this but I know where the guy lives and can contact him.

I just had to go through the St. Louis courts recently to fix the exact same problem on the XS850 I sold, except that the "original guy" was nowhere to be found. It's a $12 fee for that guy to request a new title, but there may be tax issues if it's been too long.

                  Not for sale anymore

Current running bike looks like it needs rings so the parts bike will now be my running bike.
