it includes the mounting hardwear and brackets (chrome) i have no idea how it mounts because it was not on the bike when i purchased it. it just cam with it as a set with the bags

g i sold them a long time ago... but i kept the trunk thinking i would use it... well i forgot all about it at then in laws house and went over there and grabed it... plastic is in good shap... needs a good wet sanding and buff and would look new... iside looks BRAND new. the demtions are 22inx12inx13 desenct size
