1980 XS1100 complete engine

Originally bought this for a minibuggy project but am not having any luck keeping the carbs clean, jets keep getting clogged and I got a bigger motor to replace it.

1980 Yamaha XS1100 engine. 12xxx miles. New plugs, oil, filter, and exhaust gaskets. Ran good but needs carb work. Comes with throttle and clutch cables, gauges, modified wiring harness, and exhaust headers. $400 obo. Located in Corunna, MI.

How about sending me an email to <geneborg@gte.net>. I need an engine for a 1980 bike that has some transmission problems. This may be an easier fix.
I need to know exactly where the engine is located, vin#, etc.

Yeah it sounds pretty good, lot better in person instead of a crappy cell phone video. All they are is the stock pipes cut apart.
