  • Wtb battery

Looking for a good battery for cheap if someone has one laying around. Looking to spend about $30 for used. Doesn't have to be stock or even identical to stock, as long as it works. Thanks!

You know unless you find someone local they can't ship it to you right? Being hazardous material they can't be shipped via mail or air freight. And they are only like just a bit over $40 at wally world anyways brand new for the right battery.

I didn't realize that but that makes sense. That's lame though. I never imagined walmart would carry that battery, I have only been looking online and saw replacements for like $100ish. Ill check walmart though, thanks.

K-Mart sells Sears Die-Hards now too. I put one in my '80 CB650 about 4 years ago and it still starts right up even after sitting in cold storage for 2 years. Strange, but it's the longest lasting battery I found. A bit more than Wal Mart, but it was worth it I think.

        3) type "www.mapquest.com" into the Yahoo search page.

I get mine at Walmart too, but they're usually about $60 or so. They don't sell the glass mat ones in our size though, so you have to go with a standard lead/acid one.

Although strangely enough they list one in their book, so they might be able to order one.

But I bought one from Walmart just a few months ago (maybe 6) and it was about 45 bucks. Was a little more with the core charge, which wouldn't have been an issue except as usual I lost the little ticket and so the old battery is still sitting in my garage until I take it down to the local dump (they take stuff like that in there, a certain number of items per address per year.)
