Looking for a good battery for cheap if someone has one laying around. Looking to spend about $30 for used. Doesn't have to be stock or even identical to stock, as long as it works. Thanks!

You know unless you find someone local they can't ship it to you right? Being hazardous material they can't be shipped via mail or air freight. And they are only like just a bit over $40 at wally world anyways brand new for the right battery.Cy

K-Mart sells Sears Die-Hards now too. I put one in my '80 CB650 about 4 years ago and it still starts right up even after sitting in cold storage for 2 years. Strange, but it's the longest lasting battery I found. A bit more than Wal Mart, but it was worth it I think.1) Fire up Internet Explorer

I get mine at Walmart too, but they're usually about $60 or so. They don't sell the glass mat ones in our size though, so you have to go with a standard lead/acid one.1980 XS850SG - Sold
