XS1100 Standard tank. Trade for special tank?

    XS1100 Standard tank. Trade for special tank?

    I have a very nice 1978 XS1100 standard fuel tank.
    It has no dents or scratchs. The inside has a little rusty powder in it, but is pretty clean.
    It includes the petcocks and gas tank. I have a key for the gas cap also.
    I would like to trade it for a XS1100 special gas tank in as nice of condition or one in lesser condition plus some cash.

    May consider selling if I can find a special tank to buy.
    so if you have one you want to sell, please let me know.

    These are not the best picture, the tank was kind of dirty when I took them.
    The tank will clean up to near perfect condition.

      Man I have spent months and months trying to trade my special tank for a standard after the deals falling thought quite a few times I finally find someone and do the trade and then right away someone else pops up wanting to do the same thing I needed, you should have come around about one month ago!

          I will sell the tank for $150 plus shipping.
          Looks like it is going to cost me at least that much for what I want.

                      Here are some pics.
                      The tank is kind of dirty, but there are no dents or defects in the paint.
                      Some small spots on the pin stripe is coming off though.

                      The inside has some rusty dust, but it isn't bad. Just a good rinsing should be all it needs.
