I think it is taking off 10% or shipping cost whichever is less...
I placed 2 orders because otherwise I would have been out a few more $$ in shipping costs because it would bump it to the $10 shipping tier for a whopping $6.95.
1. Fuel Sender Gasket - 7.38 + 1.75 shipping - 0.74 discount = $8.39
2. O-ring and Oil gasket for Tach Gear housing, total = $8.53
It looks like it didn't add the "discount", but whatever.
