Okay, here's the deal. I don't personally have it, but I have a nearly complete 81 MNS at my disposal. I would say it's a 3 out of 10. Sat outside for nearly 10 years and looks it. If you would like anything in particular, let me know what it is and what you are willing to pay...based on it's condition of course.

I'm not trying to make any big money off of this deal, just trying to help out fellow XS'ers.

is the seat and pan in good useable condition? also, are the handlebars clean?

Is the headlight and turn signal unit there? If so, how much do you want for them? Can you ship them to Colorado?
