I have a 1980 XS1100 STD and its fine till u barely try to get on it then it slips super bad, and ive adjusted the clutch in and out i really need a new clutch anyone got one just name a price thats not to ridiculous.
Is it in 2nd gear? These bikes have a notorious problem for 2nd gear slipping out. It is a weekend fix and one with average mechanical ability can do it himself. Check the tech tips. If its truly the clutch, it does it in all gears when pulling hard, then you probably don't need a new clutch, but new springs. Springs, depending on the brand run anywhere from 10-25 dollars at online retailers.
Man, I sure hate to see someone ditch their bike because of a reasonably simple fix. At least the clutch is reasonably simple. Many of the riders here have gone through the same thing. Homeowners call it "sweat equity".
Look on the members list for a member near you. At the very least you can find people here that will talk you through the fix. Clutch or gears.
Don't be shy. Ask questions and get those hands dirty!

If it only does it under hard acceleration in lower gears, then it is probably the gear fix, see dremel fix under repairs in tech tips under transmission I think.
If it just slips "smoothly" at higher revs, then most likely clutch issue. I just went through the checkout today mself. Checked all my plates and frictions and every one was in spec. My spings were well under spec for length. 41.8mm min length and mine were all under 40.5mm. I ordered them from my local shop and they will have them in a week or less, $14 for the Heavy Duty springs. Easy and cheap fix, just the way I like it!! And I did the work without draining the oil myself. I find that I can pull the clutch bolt using my rear brake to hold the bike still.

What kind of oil are you using? Some of the oils on the market contain friction modifiers which are in effect too slippery to use on a bike with a wet clutch.
We just bought the bike and I am unsure of what oil was used. But when you go through any of the gears under hard acceleration the tach is rising but the speed isnt. Thats why I believe the clutch has had it. No amount of adjusting from top side or bottom can fix it . I am in Cabot, Arkansas. Is their any other members here in the state?

Sounds like it is probably the clutch then. Make sure you have about 1/4 inch of freeplay in the handle. Then look at new springs and the "extra steel" mod. Pretty simple. Cheap too. Like said before, if you do it with the bike on the sidestand, you won't loose any oil.
