1979 STD seat

I have a 1979 seat I recently purchased for my 1980 special and when I got it home it did not fit. It fits on STD XS's with CDI box on rear fender. (mine is in the middle) It is a touring seat. IT is good shape and there is one very small scratch. Pan seems to be in good shape. I would like my money back of $90.00 plus shipping.
