Due to ongoing underemployment I have to scale back my ambition for a hot rod XS1100.

Here is what I have.
1 complete Wiseco 1196 big bore kit, and a set of cylinders bored to the pistons in the kit. Cylinders glass beaded, bored and pistons numbered and matched to bores. $600
1980 Cylinder head glass beaded and professionally ported by Lloydscycles complete with Webcam heavy duty valve springs and all the original parts in ziplock bags marked with cylinder number, and a set of 1978 cams with sprockets (the hot ones) in nice condition. Only thing left to do is hand lap the valves and put in the proper shims, and I'll even include lapping compound and lapping tool if you want them. You may also want to later opt to have the cam sprockets slotted to play with cam timing. $450
I also have a set of early "80s Katana 36mm carbs (round slide CV) in superb condition, or a set of 1989 GSXR750 36mm carbs ("slingshot" flatslide CV) which need to be cleaned. $100 for either set.
Buy the whole lot and you will have some SERIOUS top end with a nice bit of overrev safety.
