The front fairing will fit with no problems. You may need to remove the stock headlight shell on your XJ; some fairings will fit with it on, some won't. The faring pictured looks like a Vetter IV, has the locking pocket on the right-hand side. On my XJ I did not have to remove the headlight shell, have a Vetter IV. Vetter originally required one to use the standard headlight off you bike to put in the Vetter shell, and they had a rubber cap that you could use to cover the spot where the headlight used to be. These caps are not real common anymore.

As for the other luggage, I don't know. Although the XJ uses the same shock mounting arrangement as the XS, the rear set (footpeg) brackets are different, mounted more forward than the XS. I am of the impression that these bags use the rear set as a mounting point. If that is true then they will not bold on directly, but modfying the mounts should not be to big a problem. The other problem area may be the mufflers. On the XS, these were longer and exited behind the rear axle. On the XJ, the mufflers are angled up and exit before the rear axle. I don't think this is a problem, but don't know for sure.

The luggage rack pictured will not fit the XJ directly, I believe. The XJ uses a different pattern to mount its grab rail. Your option would be to modify the luggage rack to fit the XJ or find an XJ rack and mount the top case to it.

Given it is a full matched set I would think it was worth considering for an XJ, but it would not be a bolt-on swap. However I don't think the mods needed to make it fit would be that great. YMMV.
