hey there folks....last season, i had some minor issues with my trunk deck on the rebel devil....just went out to the mancave to take it in and get it repaired....it about fell apart in 4 pieces....looks to have rusted from the inside out...was wondering if there were any members that would be willing 2 part with their trunk deck.....i know it might not seem like much, but when ya mount a trunk on the silly thing, it works very well on keeping SWMBO on the rear end....any help, comments, or suggestions would be appreciated.....thank in advance...ride hard, ride safe....ross

clarification....

trunk deck = luggage rack = chrome bars that hang over the rear fender = last chance to grab the bike before it rolls away from you.....ya' know what i mean?!.....thanx in advance....talk 2 ya later...ross

hey there varnae...thanx for the shout back....was lookin' for the deck as i have a vetter trunk that matches the bike...but right now lookin' for something so the SWMBO doesn't fall off when i do my famous 8000 rpm red light take offs....hahahahaha....seriously though i would be interested in what you have...did it come of a standard or special...do you have a photo & could you send it if you do....also, how much ya askin' 4 it......thanx in advance for your reply...talk 2 ya later...ross

Ross, I don't have any pics of it right this moment but I'll try to get some as soon as I can and send them to you via email if you'd be kind enough to send me your email addy via private message. I'll sell the sissy bar to you for what I paid for it, since I never got around to mounting it. $25 plus shipping. I was told it will fit my bike which is an '81 special.
