XJ1100 Air Shocks For Sale

I still have a few parts for a 1982 XJ. I will post them as i get them cleaned and inspected.

These shocks were holding air this morning when i removed them. I cleaned them and done a light polish on them. They are in decent shape with the exception of one shock. The casting is rough and there is one small nick. The boots are in good shape.

Front Foot Pegs.

I removed the pins to cleans with the intention of installing pins with a cotter pin. I could only find one pin and i don't want to drive to town to buy anothe pin so i installed bolts.

No scuffs and the rubber is good.

I Removed every piece from this fender and polished the fender with white rouge then hand polished it. I removed the rust from the underside and painted it with a coat of grey primer.

There is a blemish in the area of the sissy bar. The chrome is in good shape but not perfect.

The light works. The PO elongated the licence plate bracket holes for a oversize plate. This will be hid when the plate is mounted.The top of the lens is yellowed and has cracks.

I spent 1 1/2 hours on this fender so you could just install it. (it was a nice day to work in the shop)

The chrome on this head light is in decent shape. By no means perfect. Halogen works. I also preped the inside of the shell and painted it with grey primer.

These controls worked when i bought the bike. Choke cable,saftey switch, left side controls,and clutch lever.

These old gas tanks are a pain. People let them sit and the bottom rusts out. Very hard to repair.

On the gas tank. I still have mine. I would think it needed repair or i would have sold it. It is raining out now but i will check it out today. It can't rain forever can it?

I got the gas tank out. I remember now that a member just needed the hardware off the tank.

This is a bare tank.

It needs cleaning with mumuric acic. Then rinsed with acetone. I personally would not cream the tank. I would use fiberglass resin. Do you know what i mean?

The tank has a spot where the paint needs touching up.

Horns bad rust spot on one. I would just paint the certers black.
