  • 1978 XS11 "parts Bike" for sale

I purchased two 1978 xs11's several years ago, one I rebuilt, rode and eventually sold. The second I purchased to eventually make into a trike. Since I have a different bike now, SWMBO has strongly suggested that I sell the second bike. It hasn't been started in at least 12 years, the engine does turn freely, but it is missing the coils. The tank has rust in it, and I am sure the carbs need work again. I have a lot of "extra" parts that go with it, fairings, bags, seats, etc., a package deal, real cheap. It would be a good winter project or parts bike. If there is any interest in the bike, please let me know here or email me at mcducttape@gmail.com
    Thanks!

      Taking her off the market

SWMBO has decided that I can keep the bike (see, pouting in the corner really does work!) Seriously, does anyone know where I canget a set of coils at a reasonable price?
      Thanks! and Ride Safe!
