I'm looking for a set of non air fork caps to fit my 78E, not the whole forks, just the caps. I know you probably don't want to rob a good set of forks , but if you have extra caps I'm interested.

yea, i'd hate break the forks up they're in great shape.

I wouldn't want you to, I'll find some eventually, it's no big deal, I just wanted to change from my home made air caps back to standard non air caps with preload adjustment. For now I've removed the air fittings and plugged the holes and set the preload with spacers and it handles pretty good for now, so I'll ride it that way until I find some.

I would like to know what you want for the mufflers, trunk and bags seperate or together however you are going to sell them.
I also have a 1981 xs1100 full dresser with a couple of parts missing. The back crash bar which hooks on the shock and muffler bracket is the same as a special and won't fit my 1980 or 1979 xs standard. I had a standard crash bar and simply switched them and it works fine.
I probly have some of those non air ends off a 1978 also but will double check to make sure.

Mufflers are spoken for and someone is looking at the bags but has not made an offer. Make me an offer on the bags... would you want the guards for the bags and topcase as well?

will the side covers fit on an xj 1100? If so what do you want for them, if you still have them. Scratched is ok. I plan on repainting.
