1979 xs 1100 special parts bike

I still have lots of parts left on my 1100 parts bike for sale. I will list them on ebay in thirty days or so.
The engine is for sale but I think Its worth at least 250 because it is so clean. The other parts I have ( other than the engine ) are on a make offer basis.

The one I have is on the engine that I want to sell.

I will take 200 for the whole thing but pickup is best. Shipping will be about 100.
I know you didn't want to hear that . I don't really want to sell parts off the engine I am trying to sell....but shoot me an offer and If it is a good one I may just pull it and send it to you.

I understand how hard it is to find parts for these old bikes I have two of them, I ride one every day .Took me almost a year to get it restored from the barn I found it in.
I dont know how much the missing advance unit will devalue the engine but make me an offer anyway.

The P.O. sold the guages from the bike. I think he said around 15,000 miles. The engine is very clean and I have heard it run with carb cleaner sprayed in the carbs. the bike had been allowed to set with fuel in the carbs so thats how I got it.

Are you looking to keep the carbs with the engine also? I'd like to get a different set, all I really need are the needles and needle jets but I'll bet you don't want to sell them without the carbs.

I have the luggage rack for a 750, I think but I will have to get it out of storage and see if it is from a 750 or an 1100.

The mufflers were in good shape and sold right away. The mirrors were gone when I got the bike.
I have a luggage rack but I have to get it out of storage and see if it is off a 750 or an 1100. I will get it tomorrow.
