    Free Parts!

    Mike Cummings sent me a note that he is throwing everything out and would like to find somebody who will pay shipping (or maybe come get - not sure, Mike lives in OH) he is what he sent and his email.

    I have a bunch of XS11 items in boxes, carbs, starters, rebuild kits, etc. I just trashed 3 wheels a frame and one complete engine. I do not want to trash the remaining items but will in a couple of weeks. If you can find or know of someone who will pay shipping and handling I will send them the parts. Might be several boxes OK.

        But YES, pick up of what you need would be OK, but as stated I am not going to give the parts to one person Unless They Wanted to Pay For Them as there are hundreds of dollars in parts involved, OK.

              I was the third to reply, haven't heard anything for a while ,looks like he changed his mind about the free parts .

              80SG Vetter bagger 1196 Wiseco big bore kit, Mega Cycle Cams, slotted cam gears, ported and flowed head, bronze intake seats, Dyno Jet kit, Dyno coils and Mikes XS air pods, Venture cam chain adjuster,Geezer's regulator, Clutch mod, Mac 4 into 1 with custom built and tuned baffle, Oil cooler,MikesXS emulators mod.
              Dyno tuned to 98 hp at the rear wheel.

                Not sure, havent heard anything from Mike. I think he was expecting people to ask for things they needed, not just tell him to send them everything. Mike's a good guy if he said he would send you something I am sure he will, he has a business to run as well. That being said, I have not heard from him. Hope you get your parts soon.

                  Thanks Gary, I sure Mike is a good guy , not too many people are willing to give free parts . Anything I receive that I can't use I will pass it on to someone who can.

                    I emailed Michael and got an update:

                    I will do an inventory and post via Gary.
                    This will Not happen till it warms up here in Ohio.
                    When I get the list I will try to honor all request. But, it maybe a month or two now.

                    - stock standard headers(stupid PO), slip-on after-market mufflers.
                    - after-market rear shocks (PO installed)
                    - no airbox, POD filters
