I bought a roll of '0' gauge wire (insulated) at the auto parts store and ends to fit. I make my own.
They do come up on Ebay from time to time.
Does BikeBandit or Parts n More show them?

I found a great parts supplier. Steve's Cycles in Tifton, Ga. 1-800-612-9253. He found my cables and several other parts I needed. I'll have my XS 1100 Special, and my '80 Honda CB 750K back on the road by late next week.
For the price I didn't want to be fooling around with raw cable and ends, particularly for the positive side, which has a polarized connector off the main line. Otherwise a lot of lawnmower repair places have suitable negative cables for a few bucks.
