At this point just the carbs and the pipes are worth that asking price. Looks like the bike has been in a crash with the damage shown. Listing it as a parts bike was the right option. Someone with the right skills could bring that bike back. Of course that depends on a lot of other things that would have to be checked first before making any kind of investment. I would probably do a lowball offer and go from there.
