    Exceptional XS11SF.

FYI: You posted the link to the XS11 listing in place of the Magna listing.

Thanks, the first hyperlink takes me to the Yamaha ad, second to the Honda.

Nibbles on both, I know it's still winter but I'm thinning the herd to undertake a big project in hopefully a short time. I now have a 71 GTO that was stripped down for paint may years ago and is a rolling shell with gutted interior.

I will also be selling my 347/AOD/big brake 66 mustang, probably my 99 Road King anniversary.

These XS11's are all over the place on price and I will probably be kicking myself. Someone will get a good one for what I consider a very fair price.

Both links still take me to the XS11. I'd die to have that nice exhaust on it, but I still think the price is right.

Your GTO project sounds cool. I've been dreaming of doing a car project but it will probably never happen.

I'd be game to buy it for $2k and by sometime during this year I'll need to make a decision whether to get a new engine or just replace my whole bike. Looks like a nice deal to me!

Thanks guys. If the current ad doesn't work, I'll try either eBay or Bring a trailer and we will see what people are willing to pay for it. I'll keep ya posted.

Lab3, c'mon over and snap it up. When you sell yours just think of it as a rebate . I've got a box of parts to go with it including a set of bars from an 80' G so you can feel right at home.

I stripped the bag brackets, gave her a quick wipe down and installed the grab rail. Started her up for the first time this season and once warm she was purring like a kitten. I think it's a $3500 bike all day long and I hate to sell it. I got a bit excited and took the pictures before reinstall of the rear signals and side cover.Click image for larger version Name:	PXL_20250301_175818204.jpg Views:	0 Size:	229.4 KB ID:	883521 Click image for larger version Name:	PXL_20250301_173029412.jpg Views:	0 Size:	199.4 KB ID:	883522 Click image for larger version Name:	PXL_20250301_174641351.MP.jpg Views:	0 Size:	235.6 KB ID:	883523 Click image for larger version Name:	PXL_20250301_173509999.jpg Views:	0 Size:	193.2 KB ID:	883524 Click image for larger version Name:	PXL_20250301_174605285.jpg Views:	0 Size:	215.7 KB ID:	883525

My bike ain't worth enough to try selling, it'll probably be donated to a worthy person or cause. Besides, your bike is far too pretty for me, I much prefer the rode hard and put away wet look.

You just cannot buy a rat bike, it has to be earned! If I bought your bike I'd have to get rid of the tank and swap out the seat for my ripped up one then mount up the cracked and faded Windjammer touring farkles that are on it now. There wouldn't be much left of my bike to work with other then stripping the metals to scrap it.

There is a Yamaha fan coming for the bike tomorrow. Driving from about 4 hours away to pick it up. I'll make sure he knows about the site and all of the helpful people that makes this place tick. Next, I will be fiddling with the early 3:1 exhaust 76' XS 750 and turn it into a running rat that would make Lab3 proud.
