Well, the day I thought would never come has.
I purchased two bikes in need of overhauling and started in on the project, but life has a funny way of working out. I ended up meeting my now wife, and we are moving into an apartment complex and I don't have the space or the time to continue to work on these bikes. This was the first bike I ever owned and from the instant I rode one I fell in love with it, so this is a sad day for me.
I'm not really concerned about getting what they are worth, mostly just want them to go to a good place where someone can restore them to what they deserve or use the parts to keep another bike running.

dang, I wish I was closer, xj maxims rule, I had an 82 with over 150000 miles and still ran strong,,,good luck, they are a rare fun bike,,,Mike in san diego
