    Well obviously that is an 850 not an 1100. Just browsing the pictures .... their price is very ambitious. If you look closely ... nothing and I mean nothing on that bike is pristine. Will need a new paint job. Even the cluster boxes have been painted. The grab bar will need to be redone. Basically the bike is in good shape for the age of the bike but anyone wanting that will be overpaying to begin with and will be looking at quite of bit of money to put it back to what it was when Yamaha built it.

          A 72 years old (now 75?) from the Netherlands kept it at a friend's house in Indiana, and he came to the US every year or two to take an epic trip on it. Finally it was time for him to give it up a few years ago. The fellow ended up publishing a book about his adventures and he gave a copy of the book to my brother-in-law. I love his dry sense of humor about some of us Americans.
