1980 xs11 special nw philly. good deal to a good home.

As the title implies I own a 1980 xs11 special. I have no place to work on it as I am living in an apartment, and no shop within 50mi will touch a bike that old. It does need attention. Needs new rear tire, new front wheel and fork seals. Hasn't run in 2 years, but should with a carb clean. Also the battery is dead from not having run in that long so it may be toast. I got the carbs tuned well enough to run but never good enough to run right, there is a dead spot around 4k. New carb boots and diaphragms in 2013, but they've been sitting so they may not have much left. It's all on the table as far as any issues I know of. If you've the means and inclination to wrench on an old XS make an offer, I'm more interested in seeing this go to a home where it'll be back on the road than making any money on it. I'll get some pics once I get that figured out.

Forgot to mention mileage is 29-30k, exhaust has been switched to 4-1 and I have the clymer book that will go to the buyer.

What are you looking to get out of it? Of if you want to get it road worthy I am local and have brought more than a few from the grave.
