I have seen this particular bike on and off sale for a number of years on Craigslist.
Does it look like the kick-start hole has a plug in it? Would that indicate a different engine or was there a plug with the kick-start models?Howard

Not for 1979..the kick starter shaft was there until 1980 models ..so either its listed as the wrong year or the engine was swapped out...Now that you mention it i have prolly posted this same bike in the past...2005 Honda SilverWing 600

79 mfg.=80
Many folks goof up on the year because the sticker on the neck will say 79 when it was sold as an 80, 79 was mfg. in 78 and 78 was made in 77.76 XS650 C ROADSTER
