Hey Mike- I'll still consider myself a novice in the corners on this bike. It's funny, as I can touch pegs on my GSXR in the corners, but my bike is too shaky (steering head bearings may need to be done)in the corners. I used to like going low on freeway on-ramps until this season hitting a tar snake, and I thought for sure the bike was going down. Have not done it since, and it shook my confidence. At the Lost Rallys, these guys rode hard in the corners, so I stayed back with Brent, which was fun. I could not figure-out how some were pushing through so hard. Found-out, some were in 3rd gear, using engine braking, where-as I was in 5th half the ride trying to keep-up.

Some have found out WHY they should NOT have been pushing too hard. Got to keep your head screwed on straight. No need to hang something on a "Tree of Shame". Third gear seems to one of the favorite gears of choice in the twisties on these bikes.
