Hi 1887,
The headers and middle section looks like MAC 4 into 2
The tail pipe is difficult to tell from the angle and my experience.

It will need some seat padding, mufflers, and a rear fender.

Yes, it has Mac headers and what appear to be straight pipes. A great buy for somebody.
