'79/'80 xs1100 for sale (west michigan) $350 obo

I just got this bike in November 2014, with plans to restore it this spring/summer. Now I'm moving to the Charlotte, North Carolina area and cannot take it with me (because of space and a certain someone who was not fully supportive of the bike project in the first place). It needs work on the carbs, new brake pads, new tires and a battery. Or you can use it for parts. Has a title but not in my name, sorry.

In the box there is the stock airbox, lights, rear fender, side covers, starter, miscellaneous carb parts. The stock carbs are in another box. The needle jet on the first carb body is damaged and I have not found a replacement.
I have not posted an ad on craigslist, I wanted it to go to someone on this site, since everyone helped me learn a lot about this bike.

I don't know much about this bike's history, the P.O. bought it from someone who had quite a few XS1100's. He bought it for his son and his son didn't end up working on it so he sold it to me. He told me that it was an '80 and had a '79 engine in it. The tank has some surface rust inside. The bike has no mufflers, just headers. The P.O. gave me some CB750 headers and mufflers but I never looked into using the mufflers from it.
