Hard to tell what exhaust that is...from the muffler it looks like a MAC but your guess is as good(maybe better)...

Looks a bit like the Mac I have on my 79 Horse with no name, it's made to allow keeping and using the center stand. Kind of quiet but sounds good.

It's a Mac. It says you can retain the center stand but if you do the stand hangs so low it scrapes EASILY.
