Of all people you should know it is not an 81H
It is a standard and is possibly confused with a build date in 79 of an 80 model year.
Change that to looks like as someone with far more knowledge than i will come along and explain how it is something else entirely

I have an 80 std parts bike and it has solid brake rotors. I would guess it’s a 80 std built in 79.

BTW if its a '79 wheres the kickstart nub? Its a rubber seal...1980 or later...maybe they did an engine swap
