New rubber, both side covers with emblems, no tears in seat, will need paint as it is original, spare parts, Vetter fairing with CD player pod. Have a trunk that fits it, but mount will need to be tack welded. No 2nd gear issues. Speedo is inop, number dials melted and locked the head up, which snapped the cable. I do not have pay-pal or any way to ship the bike. Asking $850.00 and will try to have pics on here later.
