In that case, you are probably using Internet Explorer. Instead of Copy Image URL, the Copy option should accomplish the same thing. That address you posted is what you are after, you just need to surround it with the

[IMG][/IMG]

If you were to copy/paste this line and change [ IMG] to [IMG], it will post a picture for you:
[ IMG]http://images.craigslist.org/00E0E_ggJuljEQ75A_600x450.jpg[/IMG]

Max, I think it's on the mouse right-click menu but right-click an image to Select it, then pick Properties from the menu.

Once the Properties sheet is open, highlight and Copy the URL, then Paste it to your forum Post with the Image button, or type in the image tags yourself without the space between the letters and the brackets:
[ IMG]image-URL-here[/IMG ]

Here I've right-clicked on the Google search page logo:

Now I've got the image Property sheet open with the URL highlighted and Copied

You just need to get rid of the extra "http://" that is already there when you use the Insert Image function.
