  • '80 XS1100 For Sale in AZ $150.

I'm looking to get rid of my old XS1100 and don't want to take it to the scrap yard or Craigslist since someone here might want it. It's been a great bike, I put almost 70,000 miles on it driving to work and school every day in the '90's but it's still in pretty good shape. It was running good until I parked it for a couple of years after I got an FZ1 and it got water in the carbs. I was going to fix it up again but the carbs are totally full of rust and will need to be cleaned or replaced. The bike has a full Vetter fairing and hard black plastic saddle bags and a trunk. In addition to the carbs it will need a battery and possibly new tires since they are getting on in age. I have a number of spare parts that can go with it too like a complete transmission and several clutch assemblies. The bike is located in Apache Junction, AZ and you will need to bring a trailer. If interested IM me for more information and photos if you want.

Here's what it looked like new: http://drx9000repair.net/Personal/XS1100.jpg
Right now it's covered up on the patio so it's hard to take pics of but it has drilled brake discs and a new seat cover that is covered up to keep it out of the sun. https://www.flickr.com/photos/12689375@N07/14331730925/

If it doesn't work out with Tarzan I have a buddy out in Phoenix (Columbo's P.O.) that might be interested in another XS11.

He gets all sad and melancholy when he sees my XS, I think he needs something to take away the pain.
