    This one is way overpriced considering its condition...even though he says it runs fine...by all outward appearances this bike has been neglected and would need alot of work and rubber parts replaceed..its kept outdoors so its not kept well...

      It's really not that bad. The '78 is a rare(er) year and this one looks to have all the original pieces. I've been hard pressed to find a '78 anywhere around here let alone one that hasn't been cut to pieces. I think realistically I would pay $900-$1000 TOPS. And that's only if I could take it out for a drive to check that transmission first.

      79 F - gas tank refurb, headgasket change, straight pipes, late model carbs, virago lowering shocks, special headlight and gauges, TC fuse block, GSXR-1100 carbs (WIP)

        Color isn't right for '78 - they only came in Macho Maroon.

        Shocks were replaced with what looks like a smaller shock off a 750.

        It has a ton of UV damage - I would only pay $400 tops expecting to recover, rebuild carbs, completely go through it top to bottom.
