Hi all, mark in mesa here. regretfully i'm putting my bike up for sale. my recurring back problems have gotten to the point that this bike is too big and too heavy for me to move around and I can not risk injuring my back again, no matter how much I love this bike. I know you've seen pictures of my bike here but if anyone is seriously interested in seeing what may be one of the finest XS1100's in North America please contact me. It's a 9.5 out of 10.
pics from photobucket www.pb.com/albums/yy148/xs650mark may not be current but I have more. price is $4,000 I have a ton of accessories and spare parts for the bike that will be included hirshbeel@msn.com thanks

    Mark,

Sorry to hear about your medical issues. I hope I can continue to ride for years to come, but understand how mother nature and father time can collude against a man.

Your link was not working, took me to Pitney Bose site. So HERE is the link to your pics.

Absolutely! Don't come much off of that $4k too! It's worth every penny.

thanks guys. it really is breakin' my heart to give up this one. I sold all of my other bikes when I got the XS because it is SO much nicer to ride but ny doc said I really need to get something smaller and lighter. I will be looking for a 300-350 pound bike that I can easily push around with out killing my damn back and still be able to go for short rides here in the phoenix area.
I have a laundry list of spare parts and accessories if anyone is interested...

            Hi Mark,
That really is a superb example of an XS.
Try an XJ650 it may be light enough for your needs.
