                  Hi Greg,

Sorry you have to let her go. I'm sure you should be able to find somebody that wants her.

I really like the soft bags that you have on your bike and was wondering where you got them? The size looks most correct for these bikes and I wanted to add a set to my 80SG.

I bought those off ebay and don't remember the seller now. I'll go through my archived purchases and see if I can find out who.

I bought those at the last minute before I headed north to the Lost Rally. Only paid like $65 for them. When I had then on the SG I took off the stock rear turn signals and mounted a light bar on the rear fender and moved them back to a more comfortable position.

trbig is gonna give me crap for posting this pic AGAIN but here they are moved back on the SG last year at XS Southeast.....

                    Loaded to go somewhere.....

                    Greg

                      Hi Greg,
Carrying all that stuff is about the only use I see for the (to my eye) Ugly seat. Certainly is a nice looking bike when all loaded up for a trip.

Ha ha ha........I think flat seats are ugly. It always looks like something is missing from the bike.

Greg grew up in a time when all the cool bikes had banana seats and sissy bars. Now, he likes 'em so when he's riding home after drinking and guns it, it keeps him from sliding off the back.

You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!

There is a quit a selection on fleabay. Chose wisely and get some supports to go behind them. I ripped the back out of the first set I had when the swingarm came up and hooked them. Also, watch exhaust clearance. Bigfoot melted the bottom out of his right side nylon bag on the trip to NC last year.
