All the KBB and other sources do not compute in the hard on you get for a bike. If you want to have a certain bike you will pay what you will for a bike. If the guys you are dealing with are to high priced then you wait till you find the one you want. The price is simply determined by the want and/or need to own whichever bike you are dealing on. If the guy wants too much move on. If he will deal work with him. Sometimes patience is a virtue (I have none) and the seller will get a whole lot of low ball offers on ebay and wish he had sold it to you. If he offers it to you later then lower your offer as he found yours was the best anyways.
