Wow! While I applaud the engineering idea, I can't help but cringe at the idea of operating a bike while sitting in a wheelchair! I'd love to walk around it and see how they made it happen though.

I think I may have put a regular bucket seat in it. Neat but 2 thumbs down from me. If I were committed to a wheel chair, the last thing I would want is another wheelchair in my motorcycle.
"The Hooligan" XJ1100, Virago Gauge Pods, Screaming Eagle Mufflers, K&N Filter, hand made rear fender, side covers, and solo seat, round bar conversion, small headlight, tail light, and cat eye turn signals, chip fuses, rewired the right way.

You roll your wheelchair up into it. You don't get out of one wheelchair and into that one. You roll on, lock your chair in and go.

In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.
Having been confined to a wheelchair for about 8 weeks or so a few years ago, I can tell you, that would be AWESOME!!!
When you are confined to one, the issue is not being in the chair, its the limitations it puts on where you can go and what you can do. Trust me when I tell you those wheel chair signs on restrooms are there to satisfy a code requirement, not to actual mean that a wheelchair can fit in the dang stall or the room half the time. Even a doctors office I went to had such a threshold on the wheel chair entrance door, I could not get the wheels over it.
So, being able to roll into that sidecar and ride that setup would be an incredible experience. That is my opinion anyway.

[QUOTE=Barnfresh;399672]Saw this local on CL... XS11? Maybe not.. Whatcha think?
Hi Barnfresh,
nicely done, Standard tank + extra slab tank for extra range, too.
From what I can see, the remotes look to be done right.
The only nitpick I'd have is that the sidecar should be on the left side of the bike.
I can only assume the builder didn't want to scratch-build a frame or import one from the UK but bought one locally for convenience.
