  • Denver Craigslist XS

    http://http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/3295112418.html

I have no knowledge of this bike, I'm just passing the listing on. CZ

It is a frankenbike. Has special forks, 79 Special high back seat, Standard tank but not the 81 Venturer tank. My best guess is it is a 79 Special with a Standard tank and some touring gear on it.

It's probably a '81H (there's enough visual clues; alt cover, muffler support, rear fender) with an earlier tank and a fork swap. Take a good look at the forks; the rotors are too small..... off a 850 you suppose?
