1979 XS1100 For Sale FAST (NYC)

Hi all,
Unfortunately I have to sell my '79 XS1100. Wanted to rebuild it for my father but he's gone now so I'm just looking for a good home for it. I'm not gonna waste anyone's time here with annoying negotiations. I want $600 for it. I was hoping to get more but that's my lowest price. I'm in Howard Beach, NY.

Here some info:
Pros:
- runs good
- tires have very few miles on them
- clean title in hand
- new battery
Cons:
- brake pads need to be changed
- brake fluid needs to be checked
- pipes smoke a bit (it was jus wrapped so it has to burn off any oil/epoxy residue), this is the first time it was ran since It was wrapped.
- no horn
- needs new seat and taillight
