Yeah it's true and no other bike. Glaucoma has taken my left eye which caused me to misjudge a parked trailer taking out the right engine guard and puncturing the alt cover. Not to mention my pride
SWIMBO is adamant that I sell it.

This is exactly what I had to do...do I miss the XJ ?...heck yeah...even though I really wasnt riding it...I had hoped to bring it to this yrs S.E. XSive Riders Rally in Stecoah NC...but my economics dictated otherwise... But now the search is on for another...along with a modern dirt bike

I rode this bike today ...

64K miles, good tires (dunlop 402 on back), engine solid, transmission excellent. Owner Bill Maddox did a great job on the tranny work --- extremely smooth. A bit of moisture at bottom of carb bowls at startup. Bike has been maintained locally at shop called Scooter World in Lawrenceville. That's where I have taken all my XS work. (except my current, been turnkey for 17K miles!)

Bill is also including a set of chaps and a nice leather jacket, all big man size (might be a stretch for jetmechmarty, though). Also including two fairings.

I have photos and will try to post.

I wish I could buy it, but can't justify it to wife.

Is this still available? I am in the market since selling my ZRX and now the Valkyrie is gone to MS.
