    1980 LG MNS Fore Sale

I bought this bike about 10 years ago. Rode it home then stored it as it wasn't running well. PO had it stored for some years, then decided to get it running again. While attempting to get it running, he took a break and when he got back to the bike found his dog had bit a chunk out of the seat front, right sidecover and wiring harness. PO spliced the harness back together, then got it running and realised it would need the carbs rebuilt. That's when he got overwelmed by so many carbs and decided to sell it. It's an impressive looking bike with only 12k miles. Doesn't appear to have ever been down. I have the title and key. I have it listed on Reno craigslist for $1000 and will sell it to a member for $750. Sorry no pics yet, it's in my storage 30 miles away. Thanks, Carl

Wouldn't happen to be passing through or near Kentucky anytime soon I suppose?

Sorry, not any time soon. Last time I was through there was when I was born over 60 years ago.

You're overdue for a visit then. I'll even put ya up for a day or two!

That's mighty nice of you, but I will have to wait until this "Depression" is over to consider it. Thanks anyway.

If that were fifteen hundred miles or so east I'd be all over it. :-(

Maybe you know of someone driving east from the west?

If it wasn't going to cost me a grand in gas to get there & back, I'd be all over it too. Always wanted a MNS. And by always, I mean since I got my E and started figuring out how awesome the XS was.

I was hoping to sell my MNS by now to a forum member? As I need some fast funds, I will be putting it on ebay monday morning, unless it sells before then?

I don't mind driving a few hundred miles for a sought after item, but I gotta draw the line at 2000 one way! Wish you were closer.

I know how you feel, I have had to pass on some good deals in the past for that reason. I just talked to a local on the phone coming out on monday to see it, I'll see how that goes?
