The carbs are 1980 model carbs, not upgraded in 1980!

You can see the whole carb project here:

    http://www.xs11.com/forum/showthread...e+crazcnuk%27s

The 'rim' covers are actually rotor covers (you can see in the pics)

This bike has most of the upgrades and options you can get, and I also have the 750FD mod for it if the buyer wants it.
Nice day, if it doesn't rain...

      Thats all your XS's !

You getting out of the XS game or something? Or just making room for the next XS?

Wish I was closer to Canada - I know you've treated it right.

I think he got tired of them blowing up on him. I don't think I've seen anybody else have as much bad luck with these bikes than he did. And I can't say that I saw anything that he did wrong to them. Its like they hate him or something. Here hoping you have many good enjoyable miles of riding on the ST.

I only had trouble with one of the 4 I had. The 80 std was cursed. it is now a half stripped skeleton in my back yard.

It had a spun rod bearing when I bought it, and it spun another one last summer. The 2nd one put the rod through the case.

The 80 special ran good, just needed a carb overhaul. Sold it last summer.

The 79 special, I still have, I never got around to. It's complete, and I think all that's wrong with the engine is the PO spun the cam chain while playing with the CCT. Probably has bent valves as it has no compression.

If no one buys it, I will give it to the local Harley club for a 'bash n Burn'

I have all kinds of parts, but I have a feeling most will go in a dumpster.
