Just about finished with this bike, planning on selling soon if the price is right. Not exactly sure on an exact price or what its even worth.

    New Battlax Tires.
    New Brake Pads.
    New Interstate sealed battery.
    New Stainless Steel Brake Lines.
    New Fuse Box.
    New Fuel Lines
    Replaces needle seat gaskets.
    New K&N Air Filter
    Changed all fluids.
Ran AMSOIL in middle and rear.

I've only put about 5 miles on it since finishing it.
Really wish it was summer so I could put some miles on it before it goes.
This bike has 12,500 miles. I am the second owner.
Runs and drives perfect. I have the Windjammer fairing with matching gold trim, and alpine radio/tape player. Also have backrest and luggage rack. Service manual, parts manual, owners manual, and all original paperwork with fairing. Has clean title. I also have new engine guards from Yamaha that I will put on the bike soon.

Only reason for selling is I just bought a new Harley and already have an 81. Might also have to do with a baby coming in June. 3 bikes was too many.

Only thing making the bike not perfect is a small ding in top of tank, dime size. Also the cylinder head paint is flaking, and some paint missing on engine covers which I plan on doing myself soon.

I will post some good pics up here soon.

I am thinking of sending the info to my brother up in Fergus Falls (About 60 Mi before Fargo on 94). He does not ride but keeps threatening to get one so he can join me. Any ballpark on the price?

Also, what is the little hankie on each of the front brake calipers?

I just took the calipers off. That's when I was still waiting for pads and brake lines. Pics aren't too current sorry. I'm familiar with Fergus Falls not too far away from here.

                Georgia sounding off . . . .

ok, so that really hot rod is going to get snatched quick. I'm an addict, XS11 is my fix. As you see, I've had 2 XS11, had to turn the 80 into a parts bike for the 79, and now she's needing some love. First gear has significant slippage while in gear, the engine needs painting, etc. I was planning an dropping coin for repairs, as I'm not a mechanic, but would MUCH rather purchase another XS11. The structure of the bike lets me ride in more different positions than any other bike I know (prone w/shoulders between handle bars and feet locked over the rear is my favorite)

I am now grovelling for you to sell me that rod. I live in north GA, 80 miles from Suches. I ride all year, and I'd rather own no other rod than an XS for the rest of my days. I promise, I will love her and keep her and hold her tight and shine her and ride the @#^$ out of her . . . .

AND ITS A MIDNIGHT . . . I would be the baddest man in ATL . . . did i mention that i was grovelling?

Also have a regular windshield I forgot about. It's in the back of the pic with the horn bracket.
May possibly consider selling some separate but would rather keep it all together. I have all the wiring and hardware for everything. I will hopefully figure out a price soon. Thanks

Well I decided what I'm going to do.
Since I want the bike to go to a good home I'm offering it to xs11 viewers for $4500. If it does not sell I will post on eBay next Monday and see what happens.
Just really don't want to part it out.
If anyone wants anymore pics or questions feel free to ask.
If you think it's too much send me an offer and I will consider all.

                            Thanks

I think that is slightly more than it cost when brand new.
