Just got back from downtown Portland, Oregon after handing out a few tracts to some people who were interested (however most were not interested). Much like in this forum I suppose. Thanks TEXAS for reminding people of my prior posts on craiglists and on this very site. Both bikes are now for sale because I believe that I will not be able to ride either one of them before May 21. I fully understand that there are those who do not ( and should not ) believe what I personnally say about why I am choosing to liquidate my possessions, It is for that very reason that the bikes are available to those who will not either believe nor take the time to search the scriptures for the Time. So if am deluded of Truth, then someone could see this as an opportunity to add a coupla nice xs11's to their possession list. The maroon has 30K but is in nice shape also with some Mac exhausts and air pods, custom seat, back rests and good tire tread. It is turn key. So someone could bring a friend and enjoy a mid-fall ride around New England together before the snow flies for real. Once again for those interested in the study of how we can know the "day and the hour" go to www.familyradio.com and view, at no cost, much information available on ALL that the Bible has to say about the end times. I cannot possibly use this site to distribute the wealth of information that is available on the aforementioned site. When I posted the black xs listed here in August, I had no plans to be on this venture as there was no "Caravan" plan that I have since volunteered for and have been chosen, to reach as many people as possible before that date. In this mission there is no request for money nor can there be because Family Radio is also spending their resources to get this final message out. The maroon was supposed to be with me in the spring so I could enjoy the warm air in my face, if only for a short season. God bless and thanks for responding and I hope someone at least buys my bikes. Even if they do not buy this appeal to seek God while He may still be found. - John
Hey I hear talk of banning and moderators doing their job.
Let's all be big boy and girls and just follow the rules resposibily.
The rules that are put in place so we can all enjoy this great site.
As I understand the rules the religious discussion can take place by all who want it in the members lounge. No need to hassle the moderators. I think they do enough.
If my prevous post was a little gruff; I apologize.
John has some nice bikes for sale that is for sure.
Thing is, if it weren't for the banning the .org site would not have been started and that's where I got notice of this string because I hardly ever check the "bikes for sale" forum. So without the .org site I would have missed the best laugh I've had in a long while.

So, does that mean they've got nothing interesting of their own to talk about??
Hi Brian,
they're just spreading the entertainment.
BTW, I am reliably informed that the .org site opened before certain folks were disappeared from this one.
A memory of a skit from The Secret Policeman's other Ball.
"And will the ocean's waves of wrath wash away the cities of the wicked even unto the heights of the mountains?"
"Nah, you pillock, that's why we are up here on this peak, innit?"
But not to mock Bibleman's sincerely held beliefs.
Just go buy his bikes if you want them.
If he's right, you'll have the joy of riding them until the moment of doom.
If he's wrong, you'll have the joy of riding them even longer.

Not mocking his beliefs Fred, would never do that, just his method of delivery. "Wrong Place, Wrong Time" as it were.
That is very much the ONLY issue with his ad thread. No matter his beliefs, this particular forum is NOT the place for them. If you want to talk religion, go to a site that allows such talk, otherwise, stick to non-argument staring topics. I'm frankly surprise that no moderating occurred in this thread, nay, even dismayed at the lack of attention to what seems to be pretty clear breaking of the rules. I won't go further on that, as it may just be that the moderators have not seen this thread and that nobody has brought it to their attention.
It's also possible that moderation was done via PM, but unfortunately, that done totally in the background often does not have much affect of the offending posts are not redacted (yes, I have been a moderator on more than one forum in the past so I do have experience).
Back on topic, they do sound like nice bikes, but are a little out of my budget and additionally are on the wrong side of the country.

I was always taught to respect my elders, but it keeps getting harder to find one.
Actually the only issue with this thread is the people who jumped in to whine and complain. Who's next to complain about this, wont be long for sure. When this thread crappiness died for a few days I hoped the next post would be an inquiry for the bikes, but LO and BEHOLD look what keeps coming back.
Yeah, "Aisle, Altar, Hymn." Depends on how you spell the words, eh?
LMAO

If I can make at least one person smile, or pee their pants a little, or maybe spit out their drink; then my day is not wasted.
If any one buys these bikes I would like to know if they even exsist or is it a scam or mind game of some sort, sounds like there is some outher motive to me outher than the bikes, just my 2 cents worth.
