They're Honda Shadow Showa MAH 671 adjustable shocks. Distance between mounting holes is 11.75". Here are some exactly like mine on ebay.

Great bike & price. I can't believe the great prices & deals you guys have in the states. Man alive that bike has all been re-done correctly with mods & upgrades & has even been road tested! Someone should get this asap, trouble free - Dan'81 XS1100 LH - Midnight Special - been lookin' a long time for this one.

Wait a minute....if you're banned, how is it that you're posting?
Has the ban been lifted??
I think it's stupid to ban people on such a small forum with such a small community. Over on the corvette forum, there are thousands of members and several of them could easily be banned but aren't. With a small community such as ours, banning anyone is just short-sighted and foolish. I can't see that any thought would go into banning anyone who is an asset to this site other than for power-tripping ego reasons. I don't know who does the banning, but maybe it's to make up for a small 'engine'??
I personally got warned about a year ago because I tore into some other XS'er for their view point.....and I wasn't nice about it at all, but warning me was a fair thing to do. I can't imagine that all of the people you mentioned got banned for anything less than what I said to a forum member without warnings and such.
