        Howdy to the great "Wiz"

Hey Wiz, hope all is well out in Carolina. The XS folks and me probably want to know what you want for the bikes. Knowing your mechanical expertise, folks should know you took great care with both, and a great Guy to boot. SO, let us all know the pricing and hope the best to you. If you ever get back to Calif. get ahold of me, or Scott or Dick or Garth. We will have a bike waiting for you to ride. A free Casino Buffet down the road from my casa is on me. My bro inlaw also picked up an Xs1100 and having a ball, thanks to Scott who took over from you as the XS Saviour around here........Mike in V.Center

the question we are all asking....How much?

What are you asking? Don't keep it a secret. Once a number is out there the wheels start turning.

              why???

Are you selling, do you want to sell both or just one, is it because of your vision or are you just strapped for cash like the rest of us?

I think it's a bit of each, Garth ... but I had them both out yesterday for a couple of hrs ... they performed great.. the red one is still very nasty for the street but the pods were a big help ... blue one is slick and smooth ... good example of a stock eleven ... I should paint or change out them red shocks though but they work super well ... paint um, I guess ..

                  Hey, Wiz...

Wow, I'm sorry to see that you're selling your 11's! I know how hard that must be for you to do.

Wish things were different for me... I'd love to have either one of those fine machines! Those are 2 very nice bikes.

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor... and hope they bring a great price to soften the blow of letting them go.

Take care, and best of luck.

Yerp .. thx, Pshcho ... the fairing is a Rifle and the bags came from JC Whitney, IIRC ... I got the bags from Planedick so he'd possibly remember exactly. He made the brackets for them too ...

Hi Wiz...them are purdy bikes ya got thar. Sorry to hear you need to sell them. I have had a love hate relationsip with my XJ for 27+ yrs. Everytime I think of getting rid of it, I just cant seem to do it. If I had a choice I'd take both of them...LOL. As it is.. just dont have the space for more than the 2 I already have. Spring is here so I'm sure these will sell soon.

                              Hi, Wiz...

Just wondering if you could tell me what the mileage is on both the bikes?

I really like that blue '79...

What is it about the red one that's making it 'nasty' for the street?

Have you figured out an asking price yet?

                              Thanks.
