    Hey, Garth...

First, let me say... great looking 11 ya have there! Very nice.

Next... that bike for sale really looks familiar... sure looks like one I've seen pics of here... especially the seat mod.

Plus... the other thing that makes me think they may be a member here... did ya check out the rest of their 11 lineup in the background of that pic? Wow... quite a collection!

Not to mention, all the work they've done to it that's listed.

As for their price... kinda reminds me of real estate... everybody loves it when somebody on the block sells their house for way more... raises the bar for the rest of the neighborhood! (Unless, of course, ya happen to be the buyer...)

Looks like they've got a ton invested... both time & money. Will be interesting to see if they get that much... usually doesn't happen.

      I have seen the guy

This seller, Northridge area, makes a living fixing up lots of bikes and reselling them. I bought some stuff from him awhile back and he had at least a dozen bikes of all kinds for sale on his driveway. I must admit he is very knowledgeable about the xs line, and does a lot of bobber stuff with them. I personally hate seeing good bikes chopped up and bobbered. The prices he tries to get are extreme for the product. Up close, a lot of the bikes need much to be desired. Good luck on the price............

        who knows?

it would be nice if our bikes were worth that much , but it is nice to find projects for a couple of hundred bucks too!!

First let me say I love you bike. How did you blend the seat into the tail like that. Very nice. Also where did you mount the break light without the rear fender? Got any more pics of your bike? I love the flat black. I'm thinking my bike will be getting a similar treatment next winter It was going to get the flat treatment this winter but I was more focused on getting it running this year. You'll see why if you search for my posts. I digress, Love the bike keep up the good work. And dont worry about your bike's value, everything is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it... I.E not broken side covers!!! One day I'll bend over and take it up the tail pipe to get a pair and start makeing reproductions...
