1979 XS !!00 Touring

1979 w. 22k miles, factory hard bags and upper and mid fairing. Dark Blue in color, highway pegs, luggage rack with his/her bags. Cruise control, wrist holders. New battery and Dunlop tires less than 200 miles ago. Bike
has been driven less than 300 miles last two years due to cancer. Basic Carb cleaning done last fall. Comes with two helmets, rain suit, Can be driven two up anywhere now. Light paint fading and small chip on fairing.

Wow! That's a bit on the pricey side! Not to say it's not worth it, but you really need to post some pictures of it if you hope to get that much for it.

Also, what are "his/her bags"?

The bike has been garaged most it's life and has only 22k on it, it's in great shape but I am negotiable on the price. It's in the Atlanta GA area.

Oh, and his/hers bags were the term the salesman used when I bought them. One large bag with a smaller duffle style on top. I have pics but can't seem to post them so email me at soccerted@hotmail.com and I'll send them.

my bike had less miles than that and i bought it in ga. it's a 79 standard and it was showroom condition before a jackass pulled out in front of me and caused me to dent the gas tank! any way i only paid 1000 bucks. i don't think i have seen any going for that amount they were less than that in 79. i don't want to burst your bubble but you will really have to post pics and it would have to be really good for that amount. i have seen a couple xs's on craigs list from atlanta lately and one guy is claiming the xs's have 175 hp!! what a joke!

I didn't know what it's worth, there's one in Toronto they want 3k for, I paid 2,500 for this one and put new tires and more on it. It's a great bike, if someone can walk me through posting a pic I'd appreciate it.
