    1979 XS1100 Special

I have a 79 xs11 special that has a good title. It's kind of a basket case. Its a rolling frame with engine. I heard it run right before it back fired and caught the air box on fire. I bought the bike after that. $500 OBO.

Hate to sell it but need to make room for another project.

A friend of mine had the bike. He was messing with it while I happen to be there. This guy was trying to get it started with out doing anything to the carbs other than put gas in the bike. Well it started and ran for about 2 or 3 minutes, it coughed and died. Then the air box was promptly on fire because of one of the floats was stuck and filled the air box with gas.
After that my friend was fed up with the bike and I bought it from him end of story.
